Immunization Information
2010 - 2011 School Year
Any student that is delinquent with his or her immunizations will not be allowed to enroll in or attend school until the student is in compliance with his or her immunizations, per the policies of the State of Texas and Corpus Christi Independent School District.
A current immunization record for your student must be submitted to the clinic before August 23, 2010.
The days that the student is not in school due to delinquent immunizations, will be counted as unexcused absences. Time extensions to receive immunizations will not be granted.
Medications
Any and all prescription or nonprescription medications left in the clinic at the end of the 2009 - 2010 school year will be disposed of on June 03, 2010. Please visit the clinic to pick up your students medication, or send a permission slip stating that your student may take his or her medication home with him or her. The permission slip must have a current date, a current telephone number, the name of each medication the student will be taking home with him or her, and be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
