Picture Retakes
Students that were absent on Picture Day or are new to Browne Middle School may take their school picture on Friday, October 27. Please stop by the office to pick up a picture order form.

"Do the Write Thing" Writing Challenge and Competition
The "Do the Write Thing" writing prompt challenges us to address the following 3 questions: 1) How has violence affected my life? 2) What are the causes of youth violence? 3) What can I do about youth violence? It can be a short paragraph, a poem, play or lyric. IT CAN EVEN BE ART!! There will be a male and female winner from CCISD who will compete against students across the nation. The winning student will be rewarded with a FREE trip to Washington, DC. Last day to submit essays & artwork is Friday, January 26, 2018. Click here for more information

District PSAT Saturday Academies. For Grade 8 PSAT - October 25, 2017. CCISD MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS - Please join us for these opportunities to increase your scores. October 7: Baker, Grant and South Park. October 14: Adkins, Cullen and Cunningham. October 21: Hamlin, Kaffie, Driscoll. Time 9am-12pm. Tennis Success - After School Tutoring & Tennis
Parents: "The mission of Tennis Success is to enrich the lives of youth and to equip them to serve the community by providing tennis, education and healthy living programs." Tennis Success offers a wide range of services to children and youth living in Corpus Christi who are at risk of being drawn into a life of delinquency and poverty.
